The Team Manager will manage and lead a team of recruiters responsible for proactively sourcing, assessing and hiring talent across the US! Through strong leadership will motivate direct reports to meet hiring goals, department productivity, and exceptional customer service.
•Coach and develop Recruiters to meet business objectives through regular meetings, Individual Development Plans (IDP), providing clear timely feedback, mentoring, training, seminars, etc., and also providing growth opportunities for individuals who are ready
•Identify, analyze and propose recommendations for process improvements
•Develop the monthly/quarterly/annual business metrics and reporting to communicate staffing efficiency and effectiveness to internal clients.
•Build and maintain relationships with team members, peers, management, and clients; Collaborate with Functional Leaders and other Home Office partners on joint recruiting ventures such as recruiting related materials and internal/external recruiting systems.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular transparent communications, setting clear expectations around deliverables, and strategically consulting and problem solving to meet business goals

Position Requirements

•4 year business related college degree strongly preferred; HR certifications a plus
•2-5 years in HR leadership role and/or in-house recruiting department or staffing environment required.
•Retail experience preferred
