BCD Exercise Support (Job Number:421276)
The selected candidates’ mission is to provide critical C2 systems and expertise necessary for planning, coordination, and execution of BCD training and replicate BCD functions during MCTP events at the corps and division levels to enhance training in the application of joint fires and joint airpower capabilities. As the main POC for planning and executing BCD training support, the analyst is responsible for the specific planning and preparation activities for a given BCD exercise which may vary somewhat by event and unit. Must collaborate on the design, plan, prepare, execute, and evaluate, analyze, and report BCD training events.
As the primary coordinator for BCD support, will verify the plan and ensure other SAIC team mates are prepared to assist with the setup, configuration, and operational testing of the C2 systems. To provide training service support during MCTP events, if U.S. Army BCD personnel do not participate, coordinates a BCD response cell able to replicate BCD functions, interactions, products, and C2 system demands. Analyst coordinates with the Project lead to de- conflict BCD and MCTP training events. Candidates selected for this positions may be required to travel OCONUS during the performance of this task order to attend meetings, conferences, and exercise events. All personnel performing on this task order may be required to travel to off-site locations to assist in education, training, and exercises in support of this PWS.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School and seven (7) years or more related experience.
Practical experience in the training and education for the elements of Army Mission Command systems in a Joint Command and Control (C2) environment characterized by Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS), Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI), and the Global Command and Control System–Joint (GCCS-J) resident with in the BCD.
Experience on the following: MCTP exercise lifecycle and detailed insights into the C2 processes, products, and systems involved in replicating the relationships, information exchanges, and coordination typical between Army corps/division headquarters and a joint force air component headquarters (as expressed in Joint doctrine; service doctrine; multiservice tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP); and theater- specific TTP).
