ManTech is seeking experienced Navy Afloat Networks Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and training development/instructor personnel to perform Front-End Analysis (FEA) and Job, Duty, Task Analysis (JDTA), curriculum development, and training delivery of CANES Software 1.X (SW1.X) differences training in a Virtual Hosted Environment (VHE). Additional tasking includes development and delivery of updated Submarine Local Area Networks (SubLAN) curriculum, changes to CANES Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) currently in the Human Analysis Requirements Planning System (HARPS) tool, and review and recommendations on training impacts for CANES/ORT-Legacy Ship Change Document (SCD), Integrated Logistics System (ILS) Certification documents and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) in Space and Naval Warfare System Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) Configuration Management Professional (CMPro). Must be able to travel OCONUS. Active DoD security clearance and U.S. Passport required.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct training requirements analyses
• Interact with government engineers and technical support personnel
• Prepare briefing presentations
• Review/develop/update Navy Training System Plans (NTSPs)
• Perform Job Duty Task Analyses (JDTAs) and other training Front-End Analyses (FEAs)
• Review/develop/update Navy training curricula
• Present technical instruction to Navy and other DoD Civilian personnel

Mandatory Skills:
• CANES, or ISNS, SCI networks, and CENTRIXS-M networks System Administration
• Instructional presentation (certification as Navy Instructor (NEC 9502) or Master Training Specialist preferred)
• Training requirements analyses
• Navy technical training curriculum design and development
• Use of Microsoft Office applications and computer databases
• Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
• Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organizational Skills
• Security+ and IAT II certification in accordance with DoD 8570 requirements

Additional Skills Preferred:
• Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) development
• Human Analysis Requirements Planning System (HARPS) tool experience

Qualifications:
