The human resources manager is responsible for leading, coaching, developing field human resource generalists. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing a high quality, diverse workforce of about 400 associates. Translates corporate strategy into field implementation. Provides human resource consultation and guidance directly to field units as needed.

() Provides direction and counsel to staff and field management
() Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, government agencies, and all employment laws
() Leads and develops a remote team of field HR generalists
() Investigates and resolves employee relations issues
() Develops and executes region workforce planning strategy
() Assesses internal and external talent to accurately match candidates with positions (interviewing, assessment, talent management) for "just in time" leadership staffing
() Drives and champions change management
() Ensures implementation of corporate strategy and initiatives
() Develops strategy for employee feedback

() Bachelor's Degree
() 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
() Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
() Must have outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational, management, and conflict resolution skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, () Solid Microsoft Office apps skills including Excel, PowerPoint
() Experience with an HRIS database (such as ADP)
() PHR certification a plus
() Support of a Call Center environment preferred
