Vinnell Arabia ( ), a Northrop Grumman Joint Venture has the following position open for immediate hire:



Plans, prepares, implements, conducts, and assesses exportable medical training programs using established doctrine and AHSMS curricula as a basis. Plans, coordinates, and instructs medical subject matter based on the specific needs of each unit being trained. Assesses unit performance in conducting Combat Health Services support operations. Coordinates logistics requirements to support execution of exportable medical training programs. Serves as a leader or member of medical training assistance teams based upon unit training requirements. Provides technical instruction and conducts exportable training programs part of a mobile training assistance team. Prepares, reviews, and revises lesson plans and instructional material for unit and individual training programs. Trains and monitors SANG Mobile Medical Training Teams as part of transition preparation programs. Prepares and uses instructional and training support materials based on specific unit training requirements as necessary. Assists with development, revision, and quality control activities to support the Health Affairs Division Allied Health Sciences Education Branch as required, to include developing feedback based on training observations to support POI and curriculum development/revision efforts. Maintains accountability for training aids, equipment, and other contractor property as required. Education Level: High school graduate, with current EMT and BLS certifications is required. Employees not possessing PHTLS, BLS, and Advanced Medical Life Support Instructor certifications must obtain the credentials within 6 months of hire. Experience: Former U.S. Military Non-Commissioned Officer with at least five (5) years? experience in field combat health service support operations either in the military or on the job. Specific knowledge, skill, ability and requirements: Must have knowledge of tactical combat casualty care concept. Must be familiar with U.S. military field medical operations. Must have the ability to plan, prepare, execute, and assess medical training and performance. Must be computer literate in MS Office-based programs. A valid driver?s license is required.
