Position Description
CGI Federal Is seeking a Field Service Representative to support our ongoing project with the USMC.

The FSR will be working as part of a team that manages warehouse operations through integration of localized computer hardware, radio frequency communications, automatic identification equipment and application software. Your future duties and responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
? Develop Oracle Discoverer custom reports to meet the business needs
? Perform advance troubleshooting, resolution and problem analysis
? Provide cross training to immediate support team and tier 1 team
? Ability to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines for both project and service request work
? In-depth documentation of activities and system configuration, to include admin guides, technical
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
? Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
? Able to adapt to change in deadlines and changes in the nature of assignments
? Capable of clear and direct communication with peers and management
? Able to manage assignments and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, while recognizing the need for a high degree of accuracy and quality
? Bachelors degree in IS,CS or IT related subjects desired (or relevant years of experience)
? CompTIA Security+ certification (Desired)
