General Responsibilities:

? Review and comment on various DoD policy documents
? Develop, review, and adjudicate comments for the Interoperability Process Guide (IPG)
? Develop and review DISA test and evaluation policies/instructions and related topics
? Develop Interoperability certification guidance
? Support Interoperability Steering Group (ISG) meetings
? Develop interoperability policy memos and policy documents
? Attend JITC Interoperability - Integrated Process Team (I-IPT) meetings
? Develop new internal policy guidance
? Review and comments on various policy related documents
? Attend meetings
? Research certification issues for specific systems
? Keep internal documents up-to-date
? Maintain policy information
? Research system certification status
? Support briefings

Mandatory Skills;

? Policy and procedures competency and experience
? Knowledge of and experience with interoperability policy, DoDAF, stakeholder roles, ISG, and Information Assurance
? Systems analysis
? Understanding of how systems interact over networks
? Understanding of basic information exchanges supporting activities, tasks, and mission threads
? DISA Joint Command, Control, Communications, Computing and Intelligence (C4I) Program Assessment Tool - Empowered (JCPAT-E), GIG Technical Guidance - Federation (GTG-F), Interoperability Assessment Module (IAM), DoD IT Standards Registry (DISR), Enhanced Information Support Plan (EISP), and DoD Knowledge Management/Decision Support (KM/DS )toolset proficiency
? Formal document review procedure and methodology working knowledge
? Microsoft Office proficiency

Candidate can start with Secret clearance but Top Secret is required....

Preferred Skills:

? Previous experience in the DoD environment
? Previous experience with DoD and intelligence systems and equipment Advertisement
