Security Specialist - $42K
CGI Federal is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and well organized individual with prior experience administering US government security policies and procedures and supporting HR functions to serve as the Workforce Management Support Specialist for the PMO DOJ Mail team.
Interacts with medium to large audiences to deliver accurate and updated tracking information across various platforms.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of changes in security rules and procedures.
Maintains accounts for processing clearances using the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and the OPM portal.
Process a high-volume of SF-85s for recruiting pipeline
Minimum 1-3+ years of specialized experience.
Must be aware of present day security issues.
Must have knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
Experience in JPAS and the e-Qip database system specifically processing SF-85s and SF-86s packets highly preferred.
Experience providing administrative support to HR.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficient computer skills.
