General Responsibilities;

• Support the government test lead by reviewing and providing critical comments on system functional requirements, operational and performance requirements and the information assurance posture of the system(s) under test
• Review system architecture and DoDAF products
• Support the government test lead by reviewing and providing critical comments on system architecture and architecture products and develop Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness MOEs)
• Perform a critical review and provide feedback to include how the system requirements are developed and ensure requirements (including derived requirements) are testable, measurable and traceable to one or more operational needs
• Assist the government test lead in determining the test strategy to be used for the system(s) under test
• Assist the government test lead and program office in creating the Information Support Plan (ISP) to include required DoDAF products
• Attend program related meetings as they relate testing

Mandatory Skills:

• Work alone and within a small team
• Create and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Experience working with e-mail, calendaring, creating, modifying and deleting tasks, working within a global address list (GAL) within at global enterprise level
• Conduct an early analysis of requirements and processes supporting Enterprise Software Solutions testing efforts accompanied with an initial risk assessment
• Knowledgeable of interoperability (IOP) and Net Ready Key Performance Parameters (NR KPP) test planning, and developmental test/operational test (DT/OT) test execution using an Agile methodology
• Familiar with MS Office products to include (MS Work, MS Power Point, MS Excel)
• Generate briefings and present them to senior government program personnel

Preferred Skills:

• Factor in key system design considerations. These will be to analyze load balance and acceptable tolerance levels, such as database limitations resulting in system slowness, servers not responding due to load issues, system recovery, and ensuring that anticipated future loading can be accommodated.
