OCAO Specialist/Junior Business and Financial Operations Specialist

Position Description
The CBP Office of the Chief Accountability Officer (OCAO) requires support across varying functions that will have an enterprise effect on how data and operational information are consumed by senior leadership. Focused on producing processes, frameworks, and reporting tools that are used to make meaningful decisions and ensuring CBP provides the most accurate information available. Your future duties and responsibilities
Support the Program Development Division (PDD) responsible for program maturation and support of CBP-wide resource allocation process - Program, Programming, Budgeting, and Accountability.

Support the OCAO Front Office and the CGI Federal PM.

Responsible for the following:
- SharePoint Website(Tech, Management, and Content Org)
- Web Site Updates
- Links between OCAO and CBP sites
- Create media products
- Repository of OCAO program documents in shared drives to include SOW deliverables.
- Support Stakeholder Communications to include reviewing and editing documents, PowerPoints, fact sheets, and quad charts.
- Prepare Reports as directed.
