The Senior Graphic Designer works with the Associate Creative Director to manage client projects and requests, present the work of the team to clients, interface with vendors and mentor graphic designers. The Senior Graphic Designer takes a leading role in the strategic development and design of brand communication elements in a variety of media (including circular wraps, ROPs, collateral, POS, in-store signing, online and banner ads, in-store passouts, brochures, direct mail and other elements). The Senior Graphic Designer handles the creation of assigned marketing elements from concept to completion and assumes accountability for the implementation of all creative elements to meet agreed upon deadlines.
The Senior Graphic Designer ensures that all created elements are compelling and customer-focused, align with the stated business strategy and marketing objectives and meet approved visual standards. The Senior Graphic Designer continually moves forward all marketing communications to a best in class level for design, presentation and effectiveness
