SAIC is pursuing the opportunity to provide Systems and Software Assurance Services (SAS) in support of the NASA Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Program.

Services performed under this contract focus on improving software safety, reliability, and quality for NASA and other Federal agencies and municipal government programs and missions. In addition to providing traditional systems engineering based IV&V services, the NASA IV&V Program supports Safety and Mission Assurance efforts, and is accredited to perform inspections as a Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP). This contract will provide key support to critical NASA missions including the International Space Station (ISS), the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), the Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV), and the Space Launch System (SLS).

Available Positions

SAIC has formed an outstanding team to support this program and is seeking talented professionals and incumbent personnel to staff this program in anticipation of contract award. SAIC highly values the talented incumbents currently supporting the NASA IV&V Program, and we will handle all contact and inquiries with strict confidentiality. We are looking for the following experienced personnel:
• Systems Engineers
• Software Engineers
• Safety Engineers
• Information Assurance Specialists
• Software Developers

Site Locations

Tasks will be performed primarily at the NASA IV&V Facility located in Fairmont, WV. In addition services are performed at the following locations:
- Johnson Space Center (Houston, TX)
• Kennedy Space Center (near Titusville, FL)
• Goddard Space Flight Center (Greenbelt, MD)
• Marshall Space Flight Center (Huntsville, AL)


Position requirements will vary depending on role and level. All positions will require NACI, and ability to obtain Secret clearance depending on positions and contract requirements.
