SAIC is currently seeking an IBCS OPERATION SPECIALIST in support of the Indirect Fire Protection Capability Increment 2 – Intercept (IFPC Inc 2-I) program.

IFPC Inc 2-I is a ground-based weapon system designed to acquire, track, engage, and defeat Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS); Cruise Missiles (CM); and Rockets, Artillery, and Mortars (RAM).

The Multi-Mission Launcher (MML) is being developed as the next generation launcher in support of the IFPC Inc 2?I. The MML features both an open architecture and the capability to launch a variety of munitions in order to provide comprehensive air defense against both current and future threats.

Selected candidate will participate as part of a System of System Integration Lab (SOSIL) engineering team responsible for performing Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) lab integration via configuration, operation and maintenance of the tactical Engagement Operation Center.

The selected candidate will possess significant skills and understanding in air defense systems set-up and operations in an integrative System of Systems test environment. The candidate must possess working knowledge of various specialized laboratory toolsets, develop custom software scripts, and use COTS analysis tools such as Wireshark in the data collection, analysis and reporting of system to system communication and performance.

REQUIRED EUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience.


Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.


- Understanding in an integrative System of Systems test environment.

- Working knowledge of Engagement Operation Centers

- Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD)

- Battle Command System (IBCS)

- IBCS IFPC Software Prototype (I2SP)

- Expereince with COTS analysis tools such as Wireshark
