Manage and analyze the review of all types of legal requests, Grand Jury, IRS Summons, search warrants, Criminal, Civil, Right to Financial Privacy, seizure warrants, court orders, levies, garnishments, temporary restraining orders (TRO), Writ of Executions, etc. Read & evaluate each document to ensure compliance with all federal, state, city and county statutes are followed in order to mitigate risk for the Bank and our customer. Ensure served on the correct Bank. Collaborate with Risk, AML and other departments to mitigate risk of breach and loss to the Bank. Maintain communications with law enforcement, attorneys and various government and court officials. Compile bank documents specific to court cases or levy/garnishment. Block account access including debiting funds as appropriate.
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years banking or financial services.
Court documentation experience.
Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Ability to provide quality customer service to associates and customers.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Strong decision-making, problem-solving and research skills.
Ability to think creatively, analyze data, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of mainframe applications.
Experience with Microsoft Word.
