The M.C. Dean, Inc. Security Department is responsible for supporting various federal government projects that are classified and sensitive in nature by providing training, updating methods, and striving to professionalize and streamline efficiency so that the Company’s personnel, consultants and customers are confident M.C. Dean, Inc. protects information entrusted to its care.

Mission Essential Contractor Special Security Officer will report directly to the Senior Security Manager and Facility Security Officer and will be responsible for managing small and mid-size classified programs.  The primary duties will be processing personnel for SCI eligibility and ensuring effective and responsive support to our government customers.???

2 to 4 years of CSSO experience
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI
Successfully pass a background check
Bachelor's degree ?
Working knowledge of ICD 704, the NISPOM, and other applicable DoD security regulations
Proven ability to manage: eCPRL, JPAS, ACCS, and eQIP
SCIF management experience
Visitor Control, document control, physical security, and contractor guard management
Conduct the following security activities:  escort, orientation, annual security briefings, incident investigations
Ensure the proper control and dissemination of classified materials
Conduct routine physical security inspections
