Maximo Migration and Upgrade Lead
The Maximo Migration and Upgrade Lead manages the migration and upgrade effort including performing project management tasks such as project schedule, status reporting, conducting status meetings, risk management, and issue management. The lead will also be hands-on during the upgrade working closely with the team to perform gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, system testing, training, and post-implementation support.
? Manage client expectations
? Manage and mentor the functional team
? Perform hands-on upgrade tasks
? Design data migration approach and help execute data migration in a Multi-Site environment.
? Help to install and manage the Maximo 7.6 environments and perform front end configurations.
? Update and customize BIRT reports
? Perform unit testing as needed and Troubleshoot issues by performing thorough analysis. Develop well thought out resolutions and options
Technical Background in Maximo install, configuration and data migration.
Strong communication skills
Ability to mentor and direct other staff members
Ability to provide recommendations on solutions
Good with building relationships and working with the customer
Experience leading a team
Willingness to work full time on client site in DC
