Position Description
CGI Federal, a leader in providing IT and Business Processes Services to Federal organizations throughout the US, has an opening in Cleveland, OH for a Business Analyst (BA). The following are lists of Key Responsibilities and Qualifications for this role:

Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with and/or lead BAs in analyzing current business processes, suggesting improvements within an Agile IT business environment
? Participate in design of new systems or modifications of existing systems by conducting business systems analysis and design, business process flow modeling, and process reengineering
? Define and document customer business functions, needs and processes within Team Foundation Server (TFS)
? Document input and output requirements, and levels of systems access within TFS
? Define and document Use Cases, Test Scripts and User Acceptance Criteria
? Act as liaison amongst end-users, project managers, sponsors, and developers
? Track and fully document changes to functional and business specifications
? Document procedures for use in training
? Develop or revise training curriculum and conduct formal training sessions
? Assist in the preparation of proposals for new and existing clients
? Translate requirements into terms understandable to end-users
? Research and prepare statistical reports using system data to help clients understand system benefits
? Participate in QA and UAT of new system functionality
? Provide support to help desk personnel, assisting in guiding clients to resolve issues as they emerge
? Lead team efforts and work with management to support department goals

? Bachelor degree or higher with a minimum 3 years of experience in demonstrating Analytical and leadership skills
? Proven skill and effectiveness in requirements gathering, definition, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis
? Experience working with traditional use case based analysis of business processes
? Exceptional ability to speak to both technical and business concerns
? Excellent written and verbal communication
? Flexible, team player, ?get-it-done? personality
? Ability to organize and plan work independently
? Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
? Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
? Knowledge of medical auditing/billing and working with CMS a plus
? Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) a plus
? Basic knowledge of TFS (Team Foundation Server) \a plus
? Basic knowledge of CMMI methodologies a plus
? Basic knowledge of SQL and database structures a plus
? Business Analyst Certification a Plus
