ManTech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a member of a small multi-skilled team. You will work with a team that gathers requirements, assesses technology, and works with scientists and engineers from around the world to satisfy requirements for the combating terrorism interagency community. The technologies and solutions offered against the requirements are then presented to operators for evaluation and assessment. They then work to take the successful technologies from proof of concept to full implementation. They contribute to Broad Agency Announcements, write statements of work, evaluate white papers and proposals, manage contracts, measure performance, manage budget and schedule, and oversee the performance of technology contractors. Facilitate and plan the transition of the successful technologies to a program of record, the GSA schedule, or commercialization. Plan, organize and conduct meetings with operators, first responders, decision makers and technology providers and producers in a working group format. The working groups are from many disciplines and from multiple agencies and organizations. Subject matter experts (SME) are used to assist these working groups. Responsibilities of this position include working with the business office, the organizations leadership and the program managers to provide graphics products.

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION

General Responsibilities:

Additional responsibilities include; Maintaining formal and informal communications with staff members, users and providers. Assist in preparing presentations, written materials and documents.

List of specific functions

  • Researching, developing, designing, and preparing original creative products/images that enhance and organize the organizations communications efforts.
  • Planning and designing visual information material including printed publications, multimedia, video, photography, exhibits, logos, signs, plaques, certificates, etc.
  • Developing concepts, layouts, and designs through frequent coordination with the customer to create visual products. Preparing final designs and arranges for printing or electronic reproduction of completed products.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree; in fine arts, graphics or a related degree and 5 years of experience in graphic design, Website and Social Media administration, Adobe Creative Suites, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office (with strong skills in PowerPoint and Word.)

Other Skills Required:

  • This position requires demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective judgement, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid computer and analytical skills are required.
  • Knowledge of the DoD a plus Experience working with multiple customers Experience with Research and Development (R&D) programs a plus Social Media Skills.

Clearance:

  • Position requires, at a minimum, a Secret clearance; a Top Secret clearance is preferred.
