Position Title: Area Superintendent

Location: Richmond, VA

Position Description

Area Superintendent functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manages Shift Supervisors in a Manufacturing environment along with general administrative tasks.

Production responsibilities include daily and monthly production reporting, data analysis, schedules, quality assurance follow-up, and safety accountability.

Maintain and track employee training, familiarity with various machines such as Slitters, Transporters, and Pack and Wrap Machines.




years’ experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills are a must.
