Assists with facilitation of productivity process improvement and departmental training programs in order to ensure all functional areas within the department operate efficiently and effectively.
Education: -Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. -Prefer a Master's Degree in related field.
Experience: -Must have five years of process improvement and/or training experience. -Prefer healthcare experience.
Equivalent Education and/or Experience -May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.
Skills or Special Abilities: -Must demonstrate excellent analytical skills with an emphasis on process improvement and training concepts including relevant technologies, methods, and tools. -Must be organized and creative with complex projects. -Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to communicate with Parkland staff members. Must have excellent presentation skills. -Must demonstrate an excellent knowledge of PC's to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software. -Must demonstrate teamwork and interpersonal skills.
