The Executive Assistant (EA) will support the Bank's Chief Enterprise Risk Officer and will be responsible for a wide range of critical duties and will act as an enabler in achieving the goals of the Bank by ensuring that the executive leadership team can maximize their time and efforts on the most high-value areas. This position will provide complex and proactive assistance to an executive and the corresponding department and takes the initiative to solve problems independently. The EA will represent the executive and act as the key go-to person to optimize the focus and effectiveness of the leadership team, while also serving as the main interface with stakeholders, constituents, associates, vendors and community leaders on behalf of the executive. The EA will also perform routine administrative and logistical duties such as calendar / schedule management, answering phone calls and written / email correspondence, filing, copying, faxing, travel arrangements and expense reports.
Associate Degree with a minimum of 6 years of advanced administrative experience
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years of advanced administrative experience.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in regards to all matters and documents.
Ability to prioritize your work, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Capability to exercise independent judgement and decision making while maintaining a high attention to detail.
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and display ingenuity in anticipating and handling situations that may arise.
Ability to create presentations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to interact with all associates across the organization.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize various responsibilities on a daily basis with minimal supervisory input.
Be responsive to executives needs with a high sense of urgency.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
