Interacts with Parkland management and staff as a resource responsible for coordinating and facilitating management development, in-service programs and systems training programs for Parkland staff. Facilitates the training and productivity processes for Parkland computer-based clinical, financial and administrative systems through problem identification and development of applicable measures within assigned area of responsibility.
Education: -Must have a Bachelors degree in a related field. -Masters degree in a related field preferred.
Experience: -Must have six years of experience training end-users on computer-based applications. -Prefer experience with Epics suite of healthcare applications.
Equivalent Education and/or Experience -May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.
Skills or Special Abilities: -Must demonstrate superior training and productivity skills with an emphasis on adult education including relevant technologies, methods and tools. -Must be analytical, organized and creative with complex projects and able to effectively deliver presentations and training programs. -Must possess superior communication skills both verbally and in writing and be able to communicate with all levels of Parkland staff. -Must demonstrate a superior knowledge of PCs to include word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software. -Must demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. -Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills. -Must have knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. -Must have knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and the impact on learning and motivation -Must possess superior customer service skills.
