Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in either the Stafford, VA or Chantilly, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with internal team and external clients on learning concepts, classroom lessons materials, storyboards, and eLearning prototypes
• Bring learning concepts to life through the design of sophisticated user interfaces that blend dynamic layouts and imagery to engage learners
• Conceptualize and create information graphics illustrating realistic scenarios, storylines, and complex processes and concepts
• Working closely with Instructional Designers/Technologists to enhance user experience through animations and robust interactivity
• Establish and ensure visual consistency across a wide range of learning projects

Position Requirements:
• Experience in technical training, especially network security
• 7 – 10 years of graphic design experience with recent focus on eLearning applications
• Experience designing instructor-led, web-based training, and other multimedia learning products
• Deep understanding of the Graphic Designer’s role in an Agile eLearning development process
• Demonstrated skill with graphic design packages resident to MS PowerPoint and Articulate
• Acute attention to detail to ensure quality
• Strong aesthetic sense to ensure attractive use of color, proper screen layout, and functional usability for the end user
• Ability to function as a creative self-starter and to work independently as well as within a tight-knit group of professionals
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, share workloads, and deal with sudden shifts in project priorities.
• Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite; especially PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro DC
• Expert in use of PC systems
• Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Access

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with multimedia development production
• Audio and video editing experience
• Photo shoot and video production experience
• Familiarity with Section 508 requirements
• Ability to recommend continuous organizational process improvement

Security Requirements:
U.S Citizen and eligible to obtain DOD Secret clearance
