Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.4 hours per week, AM Shift, 5.30AM to 13:30PM PM Shift – 13:00PM to 21:00PM (Friday they do a 11:00AM till 19:00PM) & Nights Monday to Thursday – 08.30PM to 06:30AM (There is a requirement to work all of the following shifts)

Please note that potential candidates will be subject to Baseline Personnel Security Standards (BPSS) and background checks (in compliance with US Export Laws) and that project access restrictions may apply to applicants

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous First Line Manager experience
• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
