YOUR TASKS

• To perform Net Promoter Analyst (NPA) Analysis
• Assisting with 2nd Caller Survey.
• Support NPA reporting, support NPA / First Choice continuous improvement projects, Training coordination, support ICCC – Broadcast, Basic analysis etc.
• Continuous improvement mindset andcreative thinking.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor Degree student
• Final year student
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
• Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
