This role will work within Build and Run Operations – Identity & Access Management team and will be primarily managing the daily operations of the Google Cloud Identity service.

For any issues related to the directory services globally within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. The same applies when it comes to managing, proposing and implementing all necessary changes to the Google Identity services infrastructure to ensure it meets the business agreed SLA and on-time to provide quality service support globally.

Last but not least, the services within Google Cloud Identity include Google Identity Console and further products within the Google technology stack. SCIM account provisioning, API to call Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Active Directory are all in your support league.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
As a Senior System Support Specialist having hands-on experience on Google Workspace products besides Google Cloud certification is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Google Identity Platform and SCIM protocol will also be an integral part of this role.

You are an IAM aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Directory Servers as hybrid directory environments. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
