As the Rollout Manager, you will have a pivotal role in our team, leading the way in implementing our SAP S/4 template. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh perspectives to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the rollout of the global SAP S/4 platform in the business groups within the Record-to-report process area.
Acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to the assigned process area.
Ensuring compliance with local requirements and adapting the global template as needed.
Leading all rollout phases, including process mapping, GAP analysis, and deployment, to ensure a smooth transition to the new S/4 platform.
Proactively identifying and resolving project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Minimal 4 years of experience in RTR with deep understanding of the Record-to-report process.
Fluent in both German and English.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
Strong IT affinity, including digitalization, migration, project management, and test management tools.
As a plus:Â
Experience in new ERP transformation projects
Good functional SAP knowledge.
