YOUR TASKS

• To work on project basis within Customer Service department.
• Be able to support on automation initiative for enhancement of customer service task relevancy.
• Developing on digitalization implementation for seamless process and efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor Degree student
• Final year student
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
• Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
• Preferably from Business IT solutions academic background
• Great interpersonal skills and communication skills
