Responsibilities:


Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program control, and technical personnel involved in a contract. Responsible for leading project teams through the software development life cycle for military systems sustainment. Assists the PM in managing and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contract. Provides direction for operations and ensures compliance with all applicable management and DoD policies, plans, and procedures. Provides recommendations for resolution of technical problems.


Requirements:


A Bachelor?s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or other Engineering discipline. Advanced degree is desirable.
Must have 2 years of experience with SATCOM domain
5 years of experience working on computer systems engineering and/or software development
Secret security clearance


"Knowledge/experience with Agile development;
knowledge/experiencce with software development life-cycle and structured software configuration management;
proficient in project scheduling;"
"excellent written/verbal communications skills;
management/supervisor experience;"
Prefer PMP certification and/or Security + or CISSP cert.
