Hi, my name is Sandra Johansen and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2018, when I took a role as Service Desk Analyst in the Nordic Service Desk team. Gaining more hands-on experience with IT has always fascinated me, so I moved to the System Support Analyst role. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Service Ownership role. In 2024, I moved to a management role, being Team Leader for BNL/PL Service Desk team. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition. Looking forward to having you onboard!
