Computer Network Defense Service Provider (CNDSP) Tier 1 Support
ManTech International Corporation is actively recruiting for TS/SCI cleared cyber security and intelligence professionals to support the Joint Force Headquarters - Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DoDIN) at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) HQ.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Recommend DODIN wide Computer Network Defense (CND) operational direction or support to all DoD Components.
Provide a DODIN Activity report fusion of sensor log data, operation and intel reporting.
Provide requirements for a CND Common Operational Picture (COP)--a distributed capability that provides local, intermediate, and DoD-wide visual situational awareness of CND actions and their impact; collaboration; and decision support. The CND COP is a view on the Network Operations Common Operational Picture (NETOPS COP).
Ensure that all Computer Network Defense Service (CNDS) providers have continuous information exchange and work together in synchrony, i.e., simultaneously execute a single prescribed Course of Action (COA) and that at any given time, a new COA can override the existing one. Coordination among CNDS providers is primarily effected through the CNDS Certification Authorities (CNDS/CAs) on behalf and under the direction of the DODIN.
Centrally coordinate and/or recommend CND operations that impact more than one DoD Component
Provide Defense-wide situational awareness and attack sensing and warning through fusion, analysis and coordinated information flows
Support Component situational awareness and attack sensing and warning
Recommend Information Operations Conditions (INFOCON) changes in response to unauthorized activity (e.g., computer network attacks, computer network exploitation, system misuse), and to mitigate potential damage to DoD information systems and computer networks
Deconflict Vulnerability Analysis and Assessments (VAA) and Red Teaming with CND operations, and recommend changes to in progress or planned VAAs that may negatively impact CND operations. Track Red Team and VAA activities in support of General Service Enclaves.
Monitor the DODIN for IAVA compliance and assess impact on defense of DoD computer networks. Coordinate and recommend actions in response to IAVA non-compliance that impacts defense of DoD computer networks.
Develop a coordinated curriculum for CND education training, awareness, professionalization, and ensure the implementation of the curriculum throughout the CNDS certification and accreditation process. Coordinate development of baseline CND (and supporting IA) Education, Training and Awareness (ETA) curriculum and products
Provide the Intelligence Community (IC) with priority intelligence requirements (PIR) and indications and warning requirements for potential attacks against DoD information systems and computer networks. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) coordinates IC support to the JFHQ-DODIN.
· DoDD 8570 certifications highly desirable.
· Knowledge of security concepts, protocols , processes, architectures, and. Experience in the field of DoD computer network defense with an understanding of the lifecycle of the network threats, attack vectors, and network vulnerability exploitation.
· Experience with incident/event correlation tools such as ArcSight - Candidate must have advanced communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) enabling precise conveyance of information across all CC/S/A/FA with command and proper enunciation of the English language. They must also have strong interpersonal, organizational and critical thinking/problem solving skills. The individual needs to be flexible, dependable and be able to multi-task with priorities. Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service.
Requires Bachelor?s degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.
Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Mandatory)
