Records Management Specialist
CGI Federal, Government Secure Solutions is seeking a USCYBERCOM records management specialist. The Specialist will maintain responsibility for providing records management documentation. Support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of a robust records management program designed to document, capture, and protect the roles and activities of the Command in the conduct of its mission and in compliance with DoD records management policies and directives, as directed by the USCYBERCOM Chief of the Command Secretariat and the Command Records Management Office (RMO).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-6+ years of experience as a records management specialist
-Experience with setting up and maintaining a filing and retrieval system
-Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and carry out duties efficiently and within established timeframes
-Ability to pay strong attention to detail
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and various database software packages
-Knowledge of the DoD records management program, records management instructions, regulations, policies, directives, and procedures
-Ability to administer an electronic document management system in SharePoint
-Ability to be self
-motivated and work independently
-Possession of excellent organizational skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree
