Position Description
CGI Federal is looking for an Operations Research Analysts (ORSA) to support the Combined Arms Center (CAC) in support of preparing the Army and its leaders for war. Leadership development, lessons learned, training and support are the key focus of CAC operations at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Your future duties and responsibilities
The selected senior level candidate(s) will perform complete projects independently, be responsible for each step of the analytical process using a variety of conventional operations research methods, techniques and approaches; examining the underlying relationships and selecting the appropriate methods or techniques from a variety of alternatives. The ability to use originality to modify or adapt problem solving or other techniques such as mathematical ideology to fit specific situations using innovation to deal with a higher level of problem complexity to explain the underlying systematic relationships.
Junior level candidates will be expected to work as a team member on specified assignments that facilitate the efforts of the team and provide experience towards working independent planning and assignments. The selected candidate(s) should apply conventional techniques to complete relatively uncomplicated projects, checking reports, records, ledgers and other documents against source documents.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
All levels should have a hold an active SECRET level security clearance.

Senior level resources require a Master?s degree.
Junior level resources requires a Bachelor?s degree that included a major field of study or courses in operations research; or at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics or other math and science disciplines.

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
