Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Special Program Accounting and Finance Lead to join our team in the Washington, DC area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Managing team of accountants in support of AFO
? Conducts training
? Reconciles General Ledger Summary to Detail Journals
? Writes Ad Hoc reports using Business Analytics
? Tracks outstanding or problem transactions
? Reconciles Reimbursable program
? Assists with 7113, 1219/1220, 7801
? Drives Tri-Annual Review
? Obtain, compile and summarize information for use by others
? Provide leadership mentoring and quality assurance for team members
? Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of experience with accounting and finance
? Five or more years of experience with Business Case Analytics
? Five or more years of experience working with Momentum
? Four or more years of project management experience
? Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoD, Military/Civilian personnel and industry partners
? Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
? Must be willing to travel within the organizational geographic AOR
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
An active TS with SCI eligibility and JAFAN eligibility is required.
