Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior-Level Systems Administrator to join our team in the Washington, DC area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Perform technical assessments/acceptability of software and hardware
? Apply system enhancements to production after proper documentation and testing
? Process, monitor, control and executive batch jobs for interfaces
? Represent the customer on various technical review and inspection teams
? Obtain, compile and summarize information for use by others
? Ownership for the problems and requests assigned, focus on managing and resolving issues
? Responding to database related alerts and escalations
? Working with database engineering to come up with strategic solutions to recurring problems
? Ensure database is backed up in a way that meets the business's Recovery Point Objectives (RPO)
? Maintain communication with technology customers to keep them updated with statues of their requests

Position Requirements:
? Four or more years of experience working tier 1/2 computer help desk
? Knowledge of automated trouble ticket systems
? Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, replication issues, connectivity issues, security issues and etc.
? Experience in implementing operational automation using scripts
? Tracking and resolving database related incidents and requests
? DoD 8570, Information Assurance Technical, Level II
? Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoD, Military/Civilian personnel and industry partners
? Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
? Must be willing to travel within the organizational geographic AOR
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Security Requirements:
An active TS with SCI eligibility and JAFAN eligibility is required.
