Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Customer Support Technician to join our team in the Washington, DC area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Schedules and coordinates work flow of computer operations personnel.
? Schedules work of users.
? Provides technical assistance to systems users in resolving complex operating problems.
? Selects, trains and evaluates performance of computer operations personnel.

Position Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
? Schedule and coordinates work flow of users.
? Provide and evaluate performance of computer operations personnel.

Security Requirements:
? An active TS with SCI eligibility and JAFAN eligibility is required.
