Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Expeditionary Capability & Data Integrator (CDI) to join our team in the Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. The Expeditionary Capability & Data Integrator (CDI) will join the Capability and Data Integrator team on the MIT contract and will need to be willing to support a deployment cycle of 6 months on, 6 months off.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Provide support to client forces through all-source multi-INT fusion analysis methodology development. Integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines to include SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, etc to illuminate entities and networks of interest.
? Act as an analytic methodology, tool, COP/CIP, information manager, and data specialist.
? Conduct data discovery, data diagnostics and capability refinement to include requirements capture.
? Identify and expose data sets to clients and their partners, support technical requirements capture from across the enterprise, and identify solutions to support improved analysis across the site locations.
? Conduct data reconnaissance to identify data sets to share with the larger community via our client?s cloud architecture.
? Provide continuous testing and monitoring of client?s web based applications to ensure mission requirements are met.
? Leverage expertise in technology, intelligence, and planning.
? Provide training on tool capabilities.
? Brief senior leaders, colleagues and customers on capabilities and work flows.
? Teach analytical workflows and capabilities both in desk side and large group settings as needed.
? Provide feedback to leadership on successes and how capabilities are integrated at our mission partner sites and the impact of the integration.

Position Requirements:
? 5+ years of all source intelligence analysis experience and experience with operating in direct support of client forces
? Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (4-6 month deployments at one time, with the remaining time in Reston, VA
? Planning, COP/CIP development, CONOP development, and Technical Requirements Capture
? Experience in working with M3, TAC, Analyst Notebook, Palantir, ICReach, TIDE, Firetruck, JEMA IC, DataXplorer, Voltron or Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO) Attack the Network Tools Suite
? Experience with exploiting and dissecting large data sets
? Previous deployment experience in direct support of Conventional and Special Forces
? Training and briefing experience
? Excellent writing and communications skills

Security Requirements:
? Must possess an active TS/SCI level clearance
