Overview:
Responsible for Kingdom-wide medical logistics sustainment training and assistance provided to the MNG. Performs duty as chief trainer for planning, preparing, conducting, and assessing medical logistics training programs, evaluations, and medical-specific exercises for subordinate medical elements of medical and non-medical units. As required, assists with the in-depth analysis of the entire medical logistics system from unit-level to National Guard corporate-level, including supply and biomedical maintenance, using his subject matter expertise to recommend the planning, development, and implementation of a system-wide medical logistics modernization program to the Manager, Medical Unit Training Branch.

Qualifications:
Education Level: Some college and completion of the 68J medical logistics specialist course or Service equivalent level course graduate required. Former MSC officer or NCO and Advanced Course graduate or other Service equivalent level school.

Experience: Former officer or non-commissioned officer with seven (7) years of experience in field combat health service support operations (in medical logistics and supply systems in field unit and or fixed facility) required. Proven performance at jobsite may substitute for advanced civilian education and military Advanced Course requirements.

Specific knowledge, skill, ability and requirements: Must have knowledge of tactical combat casualty care concept. Must have the ability to express thoughts/concepts clearly and concisely, orally and in writing. Thorough knowledge of US Army Combat Health Service Support Doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures. Knowledge of field medical equipment sets and unit-level logistics operations. Knowledge of unit training and evaluation techniques and training management procedures. Computer literate in all MS Office-based programs. Must possess a valid US driver?s license.
