Overview

What We’re Looking For
As a Senior System Administrator at CyberPoint you will be become part of a dynamic team focused on providing IT services that aid in protecting national security. In this role, you will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. You will also manage IT system infrastructure and the processes related to these systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.
-Configure and manage Unix and Windows operating systems
-Installs/loads/troubleshoot operating systems and software
-Maintain integrity of and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • U.S Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • 15 years of experience in System Administration in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline. Four additional years' experience may be substituted for degree.
  • IAT II certification
  • Proficient in Windows scripting. Windows 11 experience (Red Hat is a plus)
  • Experience working in a Help Desk environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be reliable, professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
