Customs Section Manager - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage Freezone bonded or any other tax privileges by setting up good managing processes, workflows and training to supply chain department


• Manage all import / export business, drive logistics process continual improvement to increase efficiency and ensure customs clearance in compliance with customer policies.


• Reviews shipping document.


• Ensures that all necessary permits and clearances are obtained for imported items.


• Monitors delivery of consumption entries.


• Can be able Check declaration type 0 and type D , P , 1 with the EDI from Broker


• Can do and recheck the balance and movement report


• Can summary daily report customs to Operation Manager.


• Can do the report declaration 6 Month update to customs Dept.


• Communication and coordinate with the customer.


• Ensure customs procedures for new projects are ready before material import and ship export.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of solid working experience in the field of customs (Freezone, bonded, import/export) and logistics.


• Good Communication both in English and Thai


• Proficient in PC Literacy


• Self-motivating with good interpersonal & communication skills


• Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure


• Knowledge of import/export/freight/logistics


• Strong ownership and leadership
