Overview

Manage administrative activities of the Clinical Simulation Learning Center (CSLC), including scheduling simulation learning rooms; oversight of preparation and resetting of simulation rooms; collaborate with the Director of Simulation in regard to ordering supplies and equipment for all programs; and managing the CSLC budget. Work with the Director of Simulation and faculty of the programs to meet the needs of the respective curricula through the use of CSLC resources. Provide support to the Director of Simulation, Assistant Director of Simulation and faculty for the integration of simulation technology into clinical courses of the respective curricula.



Responsibilities

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education:
Master's Degree

Required Experience:
3+ years experience in management of staff, space, and financial resources

Preferred Experience:
5+ years Experience in clinical simulation programs or educational modalities for undergraduate and graduate nursing education.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate, develop, implement and interpret policies and procedures.



Qualifications

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $90,000 to USD $95,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
