About the Role:
Seerist is looking to hire an experienced and motivated Growth Account Executive to drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base. This role is crucial in ensuring that our current customers continue to see value in our solutions and grow their engagement with Seerist. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with dedicated and passionate teammates, focusing on understanding client needs and positioning Seerist for continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Become a Seerist Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of Seerist’s platforms to effectively demonstrate value and align our offerings with customer needs.
- Drive Account Growth: Identify and execute on expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts, ensuring customers realize the full potential of Seerist’s solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our customer base, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their mission and business goals.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and deal closure to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Feedback and Insight Gathering: Capture and relay customer feedback to our development and production teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proactive Account Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information, track progress, and ensure that growth initiatives are executed effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in a customer-facing sales or account management role, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer success with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Collaboration: A team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
