Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in the Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Report to the Project Manager on a regular basis and produce project schedules and assist with project estimates for schedules in accordance with Task Order requirements. Will work with all stakeholders to produce and maintain an accurate Integrated Master Schedule.
?Possess the ability to produce schedules which graphically show the progression and interdependence of the project tasks to provide Management with a clear picture of what the project schedule will look like from the initial order to the execution and close out of the project.
? Ensures Project schedule includes tasks, milestones, deliverables, resources, and durations.
? Update and maintain the project schedule for 65 independent work streams
? Produce Microsoft Project Schedule reports as needed
? Communicate with Managers and clients any major change that impacts the schedule
? Coordinates with Deployment Managers to de-conflict resource allocations and critical paths

Position Requirements:
? MS Project scheduling, and fluency with spreadsheets and databases (Excel and Access).
? Minimum 7 years overall Project Management/Coordination with 3 years working as an IT Scheduler.

Preferred Skills:
? Bachelor?s Degree Preferred. Must have some college with planning and estimating Information Technology
?Strong verbal and written communication skills are highly preferred. It is highly desirable that candidates possess strong interpersonal skills
?Understand the task order and ensure all requirements are captured in the Integrated Master Schedule. The Scheduler will be expected to dig out information from relevant stakeholders to create and routinely modify the work to be done.
