ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our U.S. Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance.
LOCATION : Varied CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish.
MUST HAVE an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance for customer consideration.
MUST obtain a pre-deployment DoS Medical Clearance upon hire.
This position serves a critical role within the Protective Technology, Operations Section. Responsible for all Protective Technology testing oversight and test coordination activities including: pre-test coordination; test planning; communication and coordination with U.S. Department of State points of contact, test engineers, vendors, site personnel and others supporting the PT mission; conduct internal test readiness reviews (TRR); conduct periodic availability readiness reviews (ARR) to address any testing material needs, spare parts inventory, and training needs; supervise test execution; coordinate logistics for shipping and receiving of test equipment on a test-by-test basis; ensure proper barcoding/asset tracking is implemented and maintained; actively track test vehicle configurations to ensure that all vehicles are brought to a uniform level of readiness prior to testing.
Must have a current US Government TOP SECRET Personnel Security Clearance. Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.
Minimum of 5 years? experience conducting and/or overseeing advanced electronic testing focusing individual system performance as well as interoperability and systems de-confliction. Previous Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) experience required with U.S. Department of State specific systems a plus. Previous Tactical Radio experience required with familiarity with Harris radios a plus. Previous Configuration Management experiences a plus.

Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct installation, training or maintenance at diplomatic facilities. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination.
