ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our U.S. Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance.

LOCATION : Varied CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish.
MUST HAVE an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance for customer consideration.
MUST obtain a pre-deployment DoS Medical Clearance upon hire.


Description/Duties:

Perform system administration and daily monitoring for the PTL GIS Monitoring Software to ensure systems are configured, operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with all relevant IRM and DS security guidelines; oversees configuration and administration of auditing ensuring that audit trails are reviewed periodically and archived in accordance with security guidelines. Participate in the development of mitigation strategies (as needed), prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and configuration procedures. Assist in software testing and development as directed and assist in the identification and implementation of improvements to PTL software interface and features. Install, support, and maintain file servers, storage, and network access, analyze and resolve faults, perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades and monitor and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance. Provide support to the Certification and Accreditation process for the PTL program. May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct training and full installations of both standalone satellite tracking and networked PTL systems at in critical threat locations around the world.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must possess an active Secret security clearance and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret. Must be able to obtain a Department of State Class 1 Medical Clearance as a condition of this position. Bachelor?s Degree plus ten years of experience preferred; High School Diploma plus 15 years of experience can substitute for a Bachelor?s Degree. Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Linux, Optimizing VMs, large GIS servers is required. SharePoint, Red Hat Experience preferred. Knowledge of system architecture, command language programs, network start-up files, assigns / re-assigns network parameters is desirable. Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: COMSEC, Integrated Broadcast System applications, Mission Management Center operations, Tagging and Tracking and Location operations, and RF network engineering. Experience in Certification and Accreditation with Department of State IRM/IA is a plus. Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment, and have a strong attention for detail. Must possess the ability to interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build/maintain professional
working relationships.

Travel Requirements:

May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct installation, training or maintenance at diplomatic facilities in critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination.
