Cyber Requirements Manager (Mid Shift M-F 2200-0600)

Position Description
CGI Federal, Government Secure Solutions is seeking a Requirements Manager to oversee the design and development of monitoring, analyzing, detecting, and responses to Cyber events and incidents within information systems and networks. Manage an integrated, dynamic Cyber defense through junior staff and leverage Cybersecurity solutions to deliver Cybersecurity operational services, including intrusion detection and prevention, situational awareness of network intrusions, security events and data spillage, and incident response actions. Oversee the testing, implementation, deployment, operations, maintenance, and administration of the infrastructure hardware and software required to effectively manage the organization?s Cybersecurity operational services.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-3+ years of experience with network security
-Experience with using event escalation and reporting procedures and supporting network investigations
-Knowledge of TCP/IP communications and how common protocols and applications work at the network level
-Knowledge of network monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and configuration control technologies
-Ability to learn and operate in a dynamic environment
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail, display logic and a solution orientation, and learn and adapt quickly
-TS/SCI clearance
-Security+ CE, CEH, or GCIH Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in a 24/7 SOC environment
-Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-AA or AS degree preferred
