Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Help Desk Specialist to join our team in the Stafford, Virginia area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Provide customer event support in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
? Provide administrative support and coordination
? Maintain logs, records and files
? Develop, draft, write and edit reports and briefs
? Interface with personnel to coordinate meetings
? Provide end-user support
? Perform general administrative duties
? Prepare and/or maintain documentation, procedures and methods, including user references
? Escort personnel during events

Position Requirements:
? HS diploma
? Bachelors Degree preferred
? One to two years administrative/clerical experience
? Prior Help Desk experience supporting a federal customer preferred
? Experience with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio

Security Requirements:
? DoD Secret level clearance required
? Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance/access
