Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking an Implementation Manager to be a part of a large team tasked with developing and implementing a major procurement system. Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsible for managing and overseeing all Implementation activities, including User Management, Initial Training delivery, Organizational Change Management and On-Site Support. Liaison with HCAs and PMO for rollout of the enterprise solution. Assists the Government Implementation Lead in all deployment-related tasks including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, and resources. Minimum qualifications are as follows Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Educational requirement may be substituted by at least four (4) years' experience supporting full lifecycle implementations of enterprise systems. An educational equivalency is in addition to years of experience.
Specialized experience with five (5) years of experience supporting DoD Contracting/Procurement activities and three (3) years of IT system or business process related change management effort.
