Senior Project Manager Technical
CGI Federal is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with experience managing projects in the Federal Government Environment and interacting with Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives, and other Government Representatives with a track record of maintaining positive working relationships and being responsive to Government needs.
May frequently be involved simultaneously in several programs or projects.
Oversees program budget and schedules prepared by subordinate staff.
May have supervisory responsibilities including hiring, firing, and salary and performance management.
Responsible for program growth. Serves as primary customer contact.
May be responsible for P&L, and business development within current customer base and/or for new customers.
Program complexity and risk are the primary criteria for leveling, and dollar value of programs is secondary. Complexity to be determined internally.
8 to 10 years advanced-level IT experience, including experience in Big Data; Federal Cloud Computing; Citizen-centered online services technology; IT modernization or other emerging technologies.
Managing a large IT program with multiple projects.
Overseeing SDLC efforts (development, integration, testing, training, deployment, operations, and/or maint).
Overseeing the day-to-day management of a large government program as a government or contract executive.
Managing contract support functions including financial/contract/subcontract/procurement activities.
Managing project teams in multiple locations.
Delivering projects on time and budget.
Managing multiple vendors across several task orders.
Supporting multiple customers under a single contract.
Overeseeing an issue management process involving multiple stakeholders.
Overseeing a successful risk management process where risks were identified and mitigated.
Managing project funds in excess of $70M a year and over 100 staff with responsibility for meeting project schedules.
Overseeing successful delivery of contract deliverables across several Task Orders.
Enforcing quality standards and meeting customer expectations across a large team.
Developing and presenting briefing materials.
With FAR and CAS contracting.
Supporting a government agency in meeting strategic goals and objectives.
Managing OCI risks.
Managing relationships with supporting services like Human Resources and Financial Management to fill staff positions and provide reports.
Implementing new and emerging technologies successfully in a government environment.
Delivering Section 508 compliant applications, deliverables, and communications
Executive briefing and communication skills
Knowledge of SSA?s Mission and Programs
Certified Business Operations Professional (CBOP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Accredited Management Consultant (AMA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Manager (CBM), Certified International Project Manager (CIPM), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified Manager (CM), Certified MBA (CMBA), Certified in Management (CIM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Master Certified Knowledge Management Professional (MKMP), Master Project Manager (MPM), Master Management Consultant (MMC), Professional Manager (P.Mgr), or Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM)
