ManTech is currently seeking a Systems Engineer, Associate (T&E LCS TADIL/Link) in support of our programs located in Dahlgren, VA.
LCS TADIL Engineer supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) on the Navy?s LCS programs. Specifically the position involves performance of the following tasks:
? Support test events associated with Link operations
? Primary focus will be TADIL assessment and the assessment of associated link systems and requirements.
? Must understand concepts in software test and evaluation
? Must understand CIC operations and be able to articulate system capabilities and limitations based on fleet operations.
? Must be able to set-up, operate, and make an assessment of link operations, and associated TADIL systems and their performance
? Some/limited support of analysis of data, CPCRs, TORs, and other software reports.
? Provide written and verbal technical evaluations of capabilities and limitations
? Support element and system level testing at land based site and ships
? Must be able to work independently with minimal oversite.
? Must be able to work in dynamic, fast paced team environment
? Must be willing to travel on short notice and respond to customer?s emergent requirements and requests
? Attend various review and status meetings
? Support software testing events(land based and shipboard)
? Travel is required in the continental United States and ports located outside of CONUS
? Must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, & Adobe Acrobat
? Standard business work hours ? with the exception of travel related tasking
? Highly motivated candidates with no LCS experience may apply but must have above average experience in TADIL operations.

Level of experience/Education:
? United States citizen with an active secret clearance
? Participated in System Design Reviews
? Prepared and Briefed senior sponsors
? Solid background in TADIL operations and test and evaluation
? LCS experience and knowledge of LCS link systems
? Knowledge of LCS integrated combat management system operations
? Knowledge of Link 16, Link 11, and CEC
? Well versed in LCS T&E
? Knowledge of fleet operations
? 4-12years of related LCS fleet operations and/or LCS T&E, or dedicated TADIL support
? Motivated self-starter
